We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with the items that you have purchased, you must return them to the store where you bought it for a new product or a refund of your money. Please consult with the manager from that store for a full explanation of our policy.

Due to high volume on the weekend, we ask that your whole party be present before being seating so we may better accommodate all of our customers.

Tommy's Pizza reserves the right to refuse to serve any patron who in our mind does not uphold a civil and family atmosphere. This includes proper decorum. Shoes, and shirts must be worn. Indecent language will not be tolerated, and any illegal activities will be reported to the police.

Tommy's Pizza is committed to upholding the laws of the State of Ohio, and as such we require a valid picture ID for any patron under the age of thirty who is purchasing an alcoholic beverage.

Sorry, we do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought into our stores.

We ask that all patrons respect our property and do not leave their vehicles parked in our parking lot unless eating in the restaurant at the time. For any exceptions to this rule in the case of a vehicle breakdown, please see the store manager. Any cars left unattended in our parking lots may be towed at the owner's expense.

To protect our customers against credit card fraud, we require all patrons using credit cards to have those cards signed by the cardholder on the reverse of the card, or present a photo ID to the cashier at the time of purchase. Sorry but we cannot accept credit cards over the phone or from someone other than the cardholder named on the face of the credit card.

Store managers are authorized to implement additional policies and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and the business.
